Shipping & Return Policy


Return Policy For Online and In-Store Purchases
We will gladly accept returns on regular priced merchandise for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT only (no refunds) in the original condition, with the original receipt and tags within 15 days of purchase.

If 15 days have gone by since your purchase or order shipment date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags still attached. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All formalwear, jewellery, under garments, altered merchandise and sale/clearance items are FINAL SALE

There are certain situations where only partial store credits are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Store Credits For Online Purchases
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, within a few days.

Sale items are FINAL SALE
Only regular priced items may be credited or exchanged.

Exchanges For Online Purchases 
Please contact us at oldmillonline@tcc.on.ca or come into our physical location if you are looking to exchange your item purchased online. We cannot guarantee that the item you’re looking to exchange will still be in stock when looking to exchange an item from an online purchase. Exchange may be made for any other item desired. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The Old Mill is not responsible for any lost packages through the process of returning. Original shipping charges on order will not be refunded.

You will not be charged for the out of stock items and will be shipped the remaining items. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

Shipping
Delivery in 1-10 business days after shipment has been confirmed, depending on your location.

Packages will be shipped via Canada Post or UPS every Monday-Friday. We do not ship our packages on Saturday/Sunday.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
